The annual meeting will be held on GoToMeeting, per the information mailed to each homeowner. You may click below to join the meeting, using the password that was mailed to you.

It is recommended that you test your computer for compatibility with GoToMeeting in advance of the annual meeting. You may do so directly on GoToMeeting's website at: https://support.goto.com/meeting/system-check which will also allow you to join a test meeting.
If you'd like to submit proxy information online, please click on the button above to do so. Please note, you will need to upload a utility bill or other form of ID to ensure that only class A voting entitled members are able to submit online proxy forms.
Please click on the button above download the current 2022 proxy form. You will need to print, fill out, sign, and email a scanned copy of your proxy form to board@mcphoa.org in advance of the annual meeting.
If you'd like to make a payment online, you may now do so without registration. Click on "Make a Payment" above and carefully read the instructions.
You will need your invoice number to process the payment.
If you haven't seen the letter in the mail a couple weeks ago, the notices physically posted on the kiosks, or the notice on Nextdoor this morning, the mail kiosks are being replaced with locking cluster units starting Wednesday, 4/7.
Collect your mail keys in the main park on 4/7, or email board@mcphoa.org if you won't be able to get them before 5pm. We'll also be going door to door to try and help hand keys out. If you come to the park, please have photo ID ready with either a matching name, or address. Each house gets 3 keys.
Mailboxes should be removed from the kiosks before work begins 4/7 if you wish to retrieve an old mailbox, otherwise they'll be disposed of.
Mail will be disrupted for a day or two, but will be held at the Marysville post office. If you have an urgent delivery you need to collect, please visit the Marysville post office. Otherwise, just wait until mail is delivered after install.
If you'd like to pay your 2021 dues electronically, the board has implemented a system to facilitate this. If you'd like an electronic invoice, click below and fill out the form in it's entirety.
Requests for electronic invoice will be processed in 48-72 hours, and additional instructions will be sent to the email provided on the form.
Please be kind enough to provide your contact information by completing the survey below. This information will help us plan projects and prepare for general membership meetings. It is also useful for any emergency situations. This information will be keep in confidence.
Meadowcreek Park HOA is currently soliciting bids for the 2021 Landscaping season. Licensed, bonded, and insured landscapers wishing to bid should click on "Bid Requests" above to download the 2021 RFQ. Please contact board@mcphoa.org with any questions.
**Attention Homeowners**
The board of directors has scheduled a meeting to ratify the 2020 budget, and take questions on the annual maintenance increase. A newsletter was sent to each address in the neighborhood detailing the change. If possible, please attend this meeting.

Meadow Creek Park HOA has set September 14th & 15th 2019 as the dates for our annual community garage sale.

Our parks need some maintenance. On August 17th & 18th, 2019, we will be gathering in the park at 9am to work on the remaining picnic tables and gazebos. We will be replacing wood on picnic tables and applying stain to them.
All are welcome and encouraged to participate, including high school students in need of volunteer hours. It's also a great way to meet your neighbors!!
Homeowners, if you are delinquent on your HOA dues, please contact the board. The HOA may be able to provide a one time offer of a payment plan to bring your account back into good standing. Please contact the board if you'd like to apply.
Many Meadow Creek Park residents are on Nextdoor. If you'd like to join us on Nextdoor, ask your neighbors for a referral code. For security, Nextdoor only allows postal or neighbor verified users to join.
Volunteer Signup Available Below
Meadow Creek Park's common areas are in need of major maintenance. The board would like to request any and all volunteers for a work weekend June 8th and 9th.
The major planned activity is to replace the boards on the tables and benches. This will include:
- Cutting lag bolts with cutting torches/sawzalls/dremmels/etc
- Cutting boards and drilling for re-installation
- Staining/painting cut and drilled boards
There will be power tools in use. All tools being supplied are being generously provided by homeowners, so please treat them with respect. Power tools may only be operated by those 18 years or older unless a parent is onsite to give consent, and remains onsite throughout the project. By choosing to participate, you're taking responsibility for your own actions and any injuries you sustain.
